All information that you collect in the course of the customer relationship, such as telephone numbers, bank details or health insurance information, is stored in a clearly organised manner. This also includes data packages that are added in the course of a customer relationship, such as medical history data and all customer communication.


All data can be retrieved from the system at any time and used by modules such as interfaces to glass suppliers, computerised cash registers or statistics. In this way, you are always fully aware of where you stand in your customer relationship or with an order.

Tools for stock evaluation, stock statistics and stocktaking are also included in winIpro. These include electronic delivery notes, repeat orders, sales reports and sensible frame logistics.
