Important notes on the privacy policy

On May 25, 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force after a two-year transition period. This also affects many areas of your daily work. Also to the contractual relationships with IPRO GmbH, since many of our services for you are to be regarded as order processing within the meaning of the GDPR. Thereafter, both contractual partners are equally obliged to regulate the commissioned processing with each other in accordance with the new legal regulations.

Forms and agreements

Dial-in to your system via TeamViewer.

Via remote diagnosis, we can support our customers quickly and effectively. In order to avoid having to conclude a separate order processing agreement for each individual case, a framework agreement is available here specifically for dial-in via TeamViewer, which covers the main support cases as a lump sum. Only if your complete data stock is to be processed, a special regulation is still necessary in the individual case. We can only support dial-ups after August 1, 2018 if this agreement is signed and on hand in Leonberg. Please send the completed declaration by mail to IPRO: privacy@ipro.eu.

Processing of your data at or by IPRO GmbH

If your data is to be processed by IPRO GmbH employees beyond simple support cases, in particular if the data is transferred to IPRO GmbH for this purpose, an agreement on commissioned processing is required for this in each individual case. The agreement must be completed and signed each time for the specific service and processing to be provided, if we are to process data from you.
